We are not slaves to sin, or to this world. We are free in Jesus. Do not think you can overcome sin with knowledge. Remember the tree in the garden of Eden. To overcome, you need the Holy Spirit. Ask Jesus for the gift, for his help, to rescue you, to help you fight satan. Ask with all of your heart. Do you want to be free? “Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom”.
We all need our daily bread, crumbs of truth, of The Word of God, to satisfy our hunger for Him.
Fear steals life faith gives life
Fear takes away faith builds you up
Fear will persuade you to run from something that’s not after you at all.
Imagine this:
A teeter totter has a fulcrum a pivot point
Fear sits on one end and faith the other
You decide which one to give the most weight to in your life
Pray that you can keep fear suspended in the air alll the way up so it is trapped in its own game and doesn’t affect you and let faith be the most weightiest thing in your life and keep you grounded firmly in the lord trusting him for all your needs and giving him all your thoughts and desires . And then when your faith is strong enough… get off the teeter totter and end the game and crash fear to its death without mercy for that is the fate fear deserves.
Don’t be tempted to let fear take root. Give it no quarter and do not let it behind your defenses . Your weapons can keep it from infecting you, and those are the fruits of the Holy Spirit and his power in you .
